Privacy notice
Last updated: 12 September 2026 · Applies to innoplustechuk.com
This notice explains what personal data InnoPlus Tech UK Ltd ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, and why. The Pet Guardian app and devices have their own privacy policy, shown inside the app, because they collect very different kinds of data.
Who we are
InnoPlus Tech UK Ltd is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at our contact address.
What we collect on this website
- Launch notifications. If you sign up to be notified when our hardware launches, we store your email address, which product you said you were interested in, and the language you were using. We use this only to send you that notification. We do not add you to a newsletter.
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server records the IP address, requested page, browser type and time of each request. We keep these logs for up to 30 days for security and to keep the site running, then delete them.
- Language preference. Your choice of English or Chinese is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, we do not set tracking cookies, and we do not load fonts or scripts from third parties.
Legal basis
We process launch-notification sign-ups on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by asking us to delete your address. We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
Where your data is kept
Data collected through this website is stored in the United Kingdom or the European Union and is not transferred outside those regions.
How long we keep it
Launch-notification addresses are deleted within 30 days of the launch notification being sent, or earlier if you ask. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Substantive changes will be highlighted on this page.
